Earlier this month, the JAG Foundation in partnership with Dance Donation took it upon themselves to assist the Melvin’s dance studio with preowned or newly purchased dancewear.  The Dance Studio has been severely impacted by the Coronavirus outbreak, which has led them to the cancellations of dance competitions.

Many of the dancers had resorted to using their school shoes as there were unable to afford suitable shoes to dance in. With the help of the public, we have managed to raise enough dancewear for the children in the Bonteheuwel community to continue to compete in future competitions.
